G.E.M. Enterprises' standard period for memo items is 15 days.
If you would like to see an item or present a selection for your
customer to choose from, contact us. Because many of our gems
are one-of-a-kind pieces we ask our customers for prompt return of
memo goods. Memo goods not returned within the specified time will
be considered "sold" and will be billed accordingly. Late fees will
apply if payment is not received within 30 days of shipping.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
