Late Payment Fee

We will impose a Late Payment Fee of $25.00 if we do not receive your Payment by the Payment Due Date shown on your Invoice or Statement.

Returned Check Fee

We will impose a Returned Check Fee of $25.00 if any check or other instrument sent to us, or any electronic payment authorization you provide us in payment on your Account is not honored upon first presentment, even if the check, instrument or electronic authorization is later honored.
